My greatest challenge in China during my visit in Guangzhou

is to taste some of the unussual, yet served as normal cuisine in some restaurants in Guangzhou in the business lunch/ dinner.
Day 1: Omelette with black ants! kinda crunchy, a bit sour (acid from ants)

Day 2: Chicken soup with Scorpions! taste more like chicken soup. To be frankly, I tried the soup not the scorpions 😉

Still day 2: small intestine from pork (hot plate). I only dare to try the green fibre 😉

Also in day 2: stomach from pork. Gross… didnt try at all 😉

    it’s absolutely crazy, isnt it?
    On that day, one colleague told me about the „monkey brain“ meal. He saw that in Guangzhou too. Absolutely gross!
